General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
The HMS Therapy™ Association complies fully with the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Appointed GDPR Officer: James Downey
All HMS Therapy™ Practitioners, Master Practitioners and Trainers receive GDPR compliance training and must follow the association’s data-protection policies.
Any member who fails to comply cannot use the HMS Therapy™ name or materials.
